Black History Month: Is February Significant?

The month of February is traditionally set aside in honor of Black History. It is not clear why the shortest month was chosen to celebrate the people with the broadest memoir. Nevertheless, annual efforts go into organizing often mundane gatherings that are identical in content to the year before.

When taken seriously, and studied in-depth, the thought of Black History carries a different value. It is then understood as something hallow and noteworthy. And not merely having strategically selected names thrown out to placate a group of oppressed people.

Taken from that premise, listening to this Podcast episode will thrill and even excite you beyond what you have come to know as Black History. Enjoy!
